Tracking aggregated employee-wide metrics provides companies the ability to customize their wellness programs around specific risk trends (obesity, diabetes, heart disease) and track their effectiveness. Some forward-thinking companies have seen so many benefits that they incorporate specific Biometrics targets into their annual strategic goals.
